This is a bit on the expensive side (and I’m not cheap). However, it quickly replaces electrolytes, tastes good, and no mixing req’d. If you’re diabetic, this is a good drink for adults on the go who require hydration with little sugar. Easy to use, rehydrates and lifts energy level, quality product. Just need to look for a sale.
