great addition for my halloween costume

I love rice hats, they're a great little thing to add on to a kimono or other attire and add some pop. Also fun to wear around when its an unusual hat, you'll get compliments and remarks.This one is a bit high sitting on the head, but that's fine for me, I can easily deal with it, no big deal.My problem why i have it such a low rating is I was wearing it in the snow.. was fine, walking into the house after dealing with some outside work, and when the snow started to melt ..it was taking the Dye WITH IT! I had intended to wear this with my Kimono and I'm glad I Didnt.. if It dripped black ink onto that outfit I got from Itsukushima, I'd of been so upset and cried.Really .. the only big thing, the black dye sucks!
