A little too sweet and very hard to mix Tastes weird with water An all in one supplement Do not use it as protein supplement substitute It contains protein in ok amount nothing that boastful amount that is needed for muscle growth but I think it's enough to prevent muscle degradation

Would not recommend
I don't know about other flavours but this one, Malai Kulfi tastes really unpleasant. This comes from a regular Nakpro User who is obsessed with their malai kulfi flavoured variants. Mixability wise it's ok and you need a shaker rather than using a spoon to mix well. No need to worry about too much froth as it is normal. Given by the claims and certification I hope it's a good protein with 80% protein content. But taste wise it is like some medicine and i would recommend you avoid buying it.
