I have tried this a couple of times so far and it has worked great. I have a compressed disc with a twist from walking on a shorter leg for 12 years without being aware of it (skiing accident where I broke my leg in 4 places). I like sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the evening and this allows me to do it without being plugged in. Love it!

I got my ProHeatGo today and I'm obsessed!! I have bulging discs in my low back and this is just what I needed today for my flare up! It's comfortable, warm and soothing! I love that I can take it and go...no need to plug it in! Being able to use the velcro wrap to keep it nice and secure is awesome! The heating packs are portable, convenient, and easy to use. Every time I use mine, they stay hot for at least 30 minutes before beginning to cool down; I find this works well for alternating hot/cold therapy. I'm super happy with the packs and how easy it is to reuse them. I would definitely recommend.

These heat packs are super convenient! I use them on sore muscles after work..but I have also slipped them in my inner coat pockets for a little added warmth on especially cold mornings. They are very easy to reheat/reuse and seem like they are durable enough to last a LONG time.Comes highly recommended.

These rock! My spouse and I have tried these and can say they work great. They heat quickly and stay warm for about 15 min then solidify to be reused after boiling in water. Very happy with this purchase!
