Better than a spatula or hands
I love that I don't have to touch meat for mixing. I use to cook meat on the stove and to mix meatloaf. The edges are a little sharp so be careful. It breaks up the meat perfectly. I use for ground meat. It's a hard plastic but light weight. Works great. Happy with purchase. Highly recommend

Sharp, but not too sharp for my pans.
I have another one of these from ann overly expensive home party chef, but they do a better job chopping ground beef, onions and peppers when sautéing. I wish the food didn’t stick to it, but my other one has the same problem. No big deal, but it would be nice if the food simply rinsed off.

Sturdy, strong, useful
Great for ground meat in the pan, pulled pork, strawberry smashing for jam. Gave one to my mom.

Very sturdy.
Edges are sharp enough to break down both ground meat and chopped onions. Easy to clean with the 4 dividers (unlike 5). Got a bit of heft to it as well. Great for large pans, not so much on small pans (may risk overflow if not paying attention).
