Does it cut 8mm thick tile?

That's pretty thick, I just use it to nibble around edges so I don't know. It's a great nibbler

Will this cut small, natural, hexagon marble tiles?

Not sure about it cutting marble, I'm not familiar with handling marble. The tool broke the glass & ceramic small square tiles okay, however there were times it didn't break perfectly.

Does it cut ceramic and glas too?

I tried it on a glass ceramic tile...backsplash for a bathroom. The first time was practice, then the second time was a cleaner cut. Takes a few passes but does work.

Will these nippers cut copper pennies?

I think not. This tool does not cut to full depth and exploits the fact that ceramics and glass are fragile materials.
