Hot and lovely - just how I like erotic romances
"Forbidden Heat" by Opal Carew is a very sexy and lovely erotic romance that left me happy and with a warm and fuzzy feeling.Danielle Rayne's quiet and simple life is about to change. When she meets two of her former best friends, Jack and Trey, again, she realizes how much she missed their friendship. Trey and Jack were a pair when Danielle last met them and she always admired their great relationship. But when she learns that they broke up years ago she realizes that things have changed. In college she was in love with both men but never did something about it. But now it's her chance to spend an exciting night with both of them. What starts as a casual and very hot reunion soon changes when Danielle, Jack and Trey continue their unusual relationship and love finds it way into their hearts.I enjoyed "Forbidden Heat" a lot. The characters are great and the relationship that develops between them is so fascinating, hot and also sweet. There are a lot of very erotic and sexy scenes, so be prepared. The chemistry between Danielle, Jack and Trey is amazing and I loved every scene with the three of them.Danielle is the focus of the relationship. She is a very sweet and caring person, who doesn't believe in love for herself. She wants to get Jake and Trey back together but can't stop from falling in love with both of them.Jake and Trey are two hot and great guys, both need to accept that their realtionship has changed and that Danielle is the best thing that ever happened to them.If you are a fan of erotic romances with strong characters you will love this book. I'm already excited for the next book by Opal Carew, which is coming in June 2010 and is called "Bliss".

Forbidden Heat
Danielle Rayne had been harboring a secret lust for Trey Garner and Jake Jamieson since college. It was one of the reasons she had transferred to a different college, and didn't graduate with the few friends she had made. She couldn't bear being around the two lovers when she couldn't have them and wanted so desperately to be with them. When her friend Harmony got married, she thought it would be a perfect opportunity to reconnect with the two men she still missed. Her memory didn't compare to reality when she finally laid eyes on Trey and Jake. They still had a disturbing effect on her libido, and when they approached her about exploring her secret desire to be with them both, she accepted with an equally secret agenda. She had heard Trey and Jake were no longer together, and she made it her mission to make sure the true love between them won out.Dani wasn't prepared for the intense passion that developed between them all. She had tried to protect her fragile heart, but lost that battle! This was a very good read with balance between very sexy passionate encounters and well developed story. You will become engaged from the beginning, and that level of intensity lasts throughout. This is a keeper, and one not to be missed.

Hot and sexy
This book is great. The only thing wrong with it is that there wasn't more to read. I didn't want it to end. Their love for each other is awesome. Definitely a good read

Amazingly erotic
I am absolutely, again, in love with Opal Carews story telling. You make it deliciously erotic. From the moment I open any of your books and read, I am instantly transported to the most detailed, juiciest, romantic story. Thank you. Never disappointed.

awesome hot and erotic
not bdsm, but follows some of the people in Opals book SIX and SWING, but each is a stand alone book , but I would recommend them all. Six was my favorite although could not put any of them down . Read each one is one sitting. Great author, great books.... Not sure if Blush goes with them but will be buying that one too. I recommend this book and the others I mentioned very highly.. steamy sexy and great love stories. Not vanilla, but not all fifty shades either, Opal rates up there with maya banks breathless and Sylvia days, crossfire trilogies which are better than fifty shade... look for my other reviews for great reads.. Lets not forget Jackie Collins too,, I read this book in 4 hours, just could not put it down.

No real heat
I ordered this book based on the recommendations. I've never read this author before but thought the plot seemed interesting so I gave it a shot. I'm sorry to say I was disappointed and didn't find the characters engaging or very interesting. I found the sex scenes and the dialogue repetative. How many times can you use the phrase "hard c*ck" without it getting way old. If you are looking for steamy, try the Dark Elves books. They are much more entertaining and original.
