When I ordered I was expecting a bracket for a lil boy and I later thought maybe I should get 1 size bigger just in case for Christmas they told me no it would be a fit for 1-5yr old I was like ok . Well it came and it was so tiny it would fit only a newborn if that. I reached out to the seller and told no and they may consider to add another extender since one already comes with it am so upset and out of time for a new order from A real Jewelry Shop. I shouldn’t have wasted my money and now it’s gone since no refunds on their items. Just Don’t Do it! My Mistake don’t make it yours… take care Happy Holidays

was so excited to give my grand daughter an engraved bracelet because she had given me her necklace....she wore it for 10 days and the engraving wore off......I am VERY DISAPPOINTED......jewelry should not have that happen....I was told this has never happened to them after I re contacted them but it happened to both bracelets!

Seller would not replace or repair engraved ID bracelet after it had faded completely away. They claim there is special care that is needed to ensure the bracelet doesn't fade, but I don't know of any care you can give that would make the engraving stay after only 3 months of wear. My granddaughter is a little over a year old and only started to wear the bracelet 3 months ago and the engraving is gone. They claim there is a 90 day guarantee on the bracelet, so i'm guessing just in enough time for the bracelet to fade and not be held accountable. Really disappointed in the service and the quality.

I have a 8 month baby ! Do not buy this baby bracelet it runs too small they say 0 to 12 months but really maybe just for new borns the 1 inch extender does nothing and is super thin so more like a Hazard for your baby I requested a refund but they denied so be aware !

This is such a beautiful piece 😍 smooth no scratches on the baby. The box is cute, it came with silver care instructions. My son is a lil chunck butt, so I'm glad it has a small extension on it so he will be able to wear it for quite some time. Would recommend this to everyone 👌 👍

I ordered the smallest size for my newborn granddaughter and it it very tiny. It is a good thing it has extension chain on it because it would not fit for long. But overall I am very happy with my purchase and suprised at how quick it came
