My son has asthma. His insurance wouldn’t cover another spacer until September. Every pharmacy was $60+ so when I found this on Amazon I had to try it. Works and quality is just as good as the prescription one my pharmacy gave us.

Not sure if it works
The chamber is long and has some odd diffuser plate between mouth piece and where inhaler goes in. So honestly I have no idea how much actually gets into my son’s lungs.
