Couldn't step onto the first tee without the Gotcha Golf Tape Measure
I have had one of these for 30-40 years. It helped quickly decide prox in many game$.It saved a lot of time instead of pacing off and guessing KP's. It reduced debates about KP's to $ilence.Then, I mistakenly let it go through the wash machine and dryer, ruining it. I figured I'd have to do without that valuable arbiter, andwas downhearted. (I play about 200 games per year, so the convenience of the compact tool comes into play fairly often because we usually play proxes.)I was incredulous when I went online and found I could get another in a matter of a couple of days.It's reassuring to know I have a brand new Gotcha back in my golfing arsenal. I won't step onto the first tee withoutit, and my fellow players EXPECT me to have it in the bag !!! It's easily paid for itself many, many times over.I am elated to again have the "ARBITER" available.Here's to fewer discussions about KP's for all,Jerry McCoy

Performs as advertised. Fits nicely into my golf bag.

Long-lasting and easy to use are important
Compact, and relatively easy to use, but the string it's made out of is flimsy and won't last long.

Breaks Easily
Broke by second use. Small plastic windup handle broke in the bag. Unable to retract string after that. Very cheaply built. Not worth the money.

Settles closest to the pin discussions quickly. Wish strong and hook were thicker and better quality. Cheaply made
