What a nice surprise!I bought this “Indian Korma-Good To Go” two years ago, but just pulled it out to give it a try today. I boiled the water, sealed it up & let it sit.I got an unexpected call and had to leave my experimental dinner behind to take care of some business. When I returned, over two hours later, I unsealed its ziplock. To my surprise it was still a bit warm & tasted amazing! I expected a mushy mess. It was fabulously firm still. The flavor exceeded my expectations.Thank you!I’m going back online to order a dozen moreI totally recommend this to anyone that wants a healthier option, when you just don’t have time to cook.It didn’t turn into goopy slop when I had to leave it for later.I haven’t tried any of the other varieties yet, but I am going to.

This meal is easy to carry as it is dehydrated. I felt the items inside took a while to get softer though, and never really got soft. The taste was delicious.

I was not super psyched to try this korma, but my boyfriend insisted we have it. It was delicious! Huge servings or hot, hearty, Indian food. I was a little hesitant to take Indian food into the backcountry (there could be lots that go wrong for your stomach here), but it was a super great meal and probably our best one of the whole trip! Highly recommend trying it!

Great flavor seasoning, but didn’t cook well even after 30 min with boiling water. I didn’t starved, but I won’t buy this again.

This is my favorite of all their dinners. Hearty, great spices & just plain yummy!!

Flavor was great. I wanted to like this. Followed the instructions to a T. But a fully hydrated meal was elusive (little crunchy). If you want it to come out, pour the bag in the water, sit for 20 minutes, and then turn the stove back on for 5 minutes and cook it. No I was not at altitude. Yes it was a full rolling boil. Would be great and complete meal over some instant brown rice (no rice in this).

Love the convenience of this product. Flavor is pretty darned good for a dried food kit. I love that you can heat the meal in the package it comes in so that you don't need to worry about finding a bowl big enough to prepare it. Also, portion size is adequate. Very happy with this product. I'm often in hotels on the road so I book a room with a microwave and I don't have to travel out just to get a meal.

Looked forward to treating myself with this meal after a long day of backpacking and was SO disappointed. Followed directions but still ended up watery; lacked flavor; just gross overall.
