Can taste the difference even with tap waterGood size and bottle not too soft or rigid for squeezing.Filters are the most expensive thing to replace for these bottles but they seem to do the job well.

I would definitely recommend this but...Cons first...- You have to suck the water out (not really hard but you're a long way from opening your mouth and pouring it in).- Fairly heavy for the capacity offered - it has the filter in it of course- It leaked once - not sure how, there's a release valve, maybe I didn't click the lid in placePros...- The reassurance that you're not going to be without clean drinking water- No plastic pollution!

Version 2.0 of the original bottle, with different cap and bottle shape. More squeezy than original bottle makes it easier to drink from. So far so good!

Filters and purifies water , great for budget great for the environment

I’ve only had this a couple of days now but love it. Nothing negative to say about this bottle. I could instantly tell a difference in the flavour of tap water, it tastes clean, like bottled spring water. I have only tried with tap water and have no intentions of trying it with pond or river water however, I would feel confident that ot does its job if needed. I now have peace of mind that this bottle is filtering out anything unwanted from the tap. It’s a good size bottle and easy to carry around. I’ve had no leaks thus far and it feels like a good sturdy drinking bottle. I can imagine this bottle would be a game changer for people that would use it on hikes etc but for now I’m just happy to be drinking super clean water. Highly recommend

I bought this product to take with me travelling around the world. I’ve only been using it one week and it’s already broken. I’m very careful with things I own, as such I was not forceful or careless with storing the bottle.As you can see from the picture the thread on the bottle neck has cracked, causing the bottle to leak badly. While I do not doubt the filter’s ability to pass through clean water (I haven’t been unwell while using it and taking water from various sources), I evidently haven’t found the bottle itself to be of great quality and clearly too brittle. As I am now in India, and do not have a permanent address, and the seller does not ship internationally I am unable to either return or have a replacement sent out to me. In conclusion this bottle is neither leakproof, nor ideal for travelling with because if you have an issue, you can’t replace and seller will not offer refund without return.Unhappy customer.

Bought this last minute use for a 20 mile day hike (which accidentally turned into a 30 mile hike).It's incredible! I filled this thing from various murky streams, one lovely clean river, a natural spring and at one point (not without some concerns), an overflow pipe.In every situation the Water To Go performed beautifully, giving me a good supply of great tasting and crystal clear drinking water.It is worthy of note that in certain streams and rivers, water can contain natural tannins and staining from certain substrates (clay or peaty soil / vegetation etc) but (as long as the filtered water isn't actually cloudy) the water will still have been filtered of anything harmful and will taste fine too.Obviously the cleaner the water is at source, the better it will taste once filtered.Bottom line, 24 hours and many pints of watwr (from various sources) later, I have suffered none of the potential ill-effects concomitant with drinking contaminated water whilst hiking.This thing really is a marvel and I'd never be without one again whilst enjoying the great outdoors.Superb!

Have used these bottles all round Ecuador, filled them up with tap water, stream and waterfall water and have not been sick or had an upset stomach. Would highly recommend. They don’t leak and they are easy to drink from just require a bit of effort as the water is coming through a filter. I have to say I’m really impressed!

déçue!! Je reçois ma commande en temps record ! J'adore !! Je pars le lendemain pour 10 jours de rando ! Et... tristesse !!! Pas de bouchon avec le filtre !! Le bouchon a été enlevé pour que la gourde rentre dans le carton ... Il aurai pu être mis à côté, il y a de la place...Je suis contente d'être cliente "prime" je suis remboursée de suite et je garde la bouteille, je vais chercher si je peux trouver le bouchon et le filtre du coup...
