Can this heat vinyl be used on drinking glasses and stainless steel?

I have not tried it but what I do know is the regular permanent adhesive vinyl works on glasses and stainless steel mugs and tumblers.

what comes with this? it says 25 sheets of vinyl, 1 weeding tool, 1 mat and one teflon sheet. That adds up to 28 not 36 like it says

You get 4 black 4 white 2 royal blue 2 red I think there was another that had 2 but you also get the mat the tool and the Teflon
