Hamajang Smoked Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce - First We Feast, Hot Ones, Season 5, Adoboloco Hot Sauce - Very Hot - 3, 5.6oz Bottles

I’ve been buying this for years. Used to wait until someone I knew was going to Hawaii and I’d have them pick me up a case. So glad it can now be bought on Amazon! 100% recommend this stuff!! It doesn’t take much to heat you up, so go easy, but the flavor is amazing! You get so much of the flavor in a very small amount unlike many other causes where you need to cake it on to get the taste and smell. It’s a small size container but it lasts!

So good. They came individually packaged so I was able to give one to a friend as a present. This is awesome hot sauce

We found this sauce during our most recent visit to Oahu when we had brunch at Koko Head Cafe. It was the perfect hot sauce...spicy and flavorful. I bought some to bring home and I have been sharing it with friends. I was happy to learn that I could order it on Amazon to replenish my stash. I had a very minor issue with my order and the seller exceeded my expectations with their assistance. They have a lifelong customer in me and my friends who fall in love with your sauce!

I like this sauce but its too much like tabasco. I was expecting less sour

Discovered this Adoboloco ghost pepper hot sauce on our last trip to Maui. Thought it was so good we brought back 4 bottles. We finished all four bottles in six weeks and were so happy to find it available on Amazon. If there ever was a perfectly spiced bottled hot sauce, this one is it. I don't know how I lived without it! Bacak! Most hot sauces are heavy on the vinegar flavor with the heat at the end. This one is made with Apple Cider vinegar so the vinegar is mild, allowing the flavors of what you are eating to come through; not so easy to find. It claims to be very spicy, and meets that claim, but the smokiness balances the heat of the ghost pepper nicely so you don't have just heat. It is also made more flavorful thanks to the garlic. I put it on everything savory. It's fantastic on grilled meat. It's wonderful mixed with dressings and other sauces. We have a pantry filled with dozens of hot sauces, many have been let downs, but this one is the only one we have ever bought in bulk.

Of all the sauces I've tried from Hot Ones, this is easily the most disappointing. The bottle caps are prone to leaking. For a sauce that asks that you "shake well", having sauce drip from under the cap onto the bottle everytime gets a bit annoying. I'm not sure what makes this sauce "Hawaiian". Really the only difference between this sauce and ones you can do in those DIY kits is Adoboloco uses Apple Cider vinegar vs. Regular vinegar. I was expecting some sort of unique taste profile on this since it's "Hawaiian" hot sauce. Instead, I got a hot sauce with a very watery body, no unique "Hawaiian" flavor profile before the heat kicks in, and a bottle that can't help but seep extra sauce onto the bottle whenever you shake or pour. I will say the heat is definitely there, but the generic taste and lackluster packaging leaves something to be desired. You can easily achieve this taste with a DIY hot sauce kit without paying the premium here.

I initially discovered this hot sauce through a Hot Ones pack we purchased. It was ranked #6 from a total of 10 hot sauces. The sauce has a stronger vinegar smell and closely reminded me of Tabasco with its watery consistency. After giving it a shot, it definitely grew on me! It’s spicy but enough to where it’s still tolerable to enjoy. It has great flavors and is always paired great with wings! Very glad I was able to find it in a pack for a good price. 😁
