They work a lot better than I thought they would and those of us that suffer from hot foot know exactly how miserable you are at night these take care of that problem keep your feet nice and cool they're very comfortable aware

I’ve had these cold pack socks now for about 2 weeks, and have used them about 5 or 6 times. I absolutely love them. Just putting the black sock on itself, the material is so silky smooth and soft, that alone is comforting, adding the cold packs is just chef’s kiss. I really like the fact that you have 3 different cold packs, covering the top of your foot, the bottom and the heel, since this allows for placing a pack where you feel best. So you can use a cold pack just for the top of your foot, just the heel, just the bottom, or all 3. The cooling effect lasts about 15 minutes, which is just enough, as you don’t want to have ice to any body part much longer than that. I have been using only 1 sock, for a troublesome left ankle, but the package comes with 2 socks, each sock with 3 cold packs, so it is a great value. I think this is good for someone recovering from foot or ankle surgery, ankle sprain or just has occasional swelling (as long as your doc is ok with ice to the area of course). The Velcro strap did not offer compression for me, but it wasn’t an issue. So far I am loving these socks.

Recommend ordering a size up if you’re unsure on sizing. Got these to help pregnancy swelling and they were so small I had to have my husband help put them on, but they definitely did the trick and helped a lot

Unfortunately these don't do much for my neuropathic itch as they only have cooling packs past the heel/bottom of foot. The cooling also does not last long. I think someone would have greater success with ice packs.

I have pretty much all the foot pain items a person can have: ingrowns, Plantar Fascitis, and heel spurs. The common treatment is icing, but most ice packs are awkward and only address a single issue at a time. Not these! I threw these babies in the freezer within 5 minutes of the package arriving at my house and have been in foot cold therapy heaven ever since. Super easy to use, the cold encompasses the whole foot, and the strap provides both security for the socks and support for the arch. Bonus - when having a hot flash, slipping these suckers on helps rapidly cool the body. Buy them. Buy multiple pairs so you never have to wait for the blissful chill. Buy so many you need a whole separate freezer just to store them all. You won't regret it.

These booties are great!!I broke my foot and ice helped the pain tremendously. I tried using a flexible ice pack wrapped in a towel around my foot. While it did help some, it was not ideal.These booties solved my troubles. They are comfortable and the ice packs are soft and easy to insert.True to size

Going though Chemo sets off all kinds of nerve pains in the hands and feet. When I started my last round of Chemo the nurse told me to get these cold socks to help protect the nerves in my feet and there are some for the hands. I found them on Amazon and they came the next day. After the ice packs were frozen we placed them inside the special socks and put them on. The relief was wonderful. You may need help putting them on because they come with an elastic and velcro strap that keeps them in place and the ice and compression around the ankles feel so good. They are not meant to walk on but if you have to, you can walk a short distance and back. I highly recommend them.
