My grocery doesn't carry this flavor, so I order in bulk. Nice blend, not too "chamomile," just right with the mint flavor.

Best tea for night time relaxation.

I have trouble sleeping if I drink coffee or tea after dinner. With Sweet Dreams, I can drink it without it affecting my sleep, it's calming and has a great flavour. Took quite awhile to receive it & when I did the the actual boxes were all dented, looked like it had been through quite a journey before I rec'd it, however it never affected the individual pkgs or the flavour!!
