A good knife is invaluable and this is a good knife. It is sharp, easy to clean and functions beautifully. This is a gem, especially at this price.

Don't expect pro quality at this price point! If you just need a knife to use once in a blue moon I can recommend this one. I was buying lamb plates and needed to debone them to make breast rolls. Required a knife to get the job done, but also knew the job was only going to be done once a week -and- only for a few months (while lamb plate was in stock at my local meat market). Got me through the three, or four, I did just fine. Still sharp, but not anything I would call butcher level. Gave it some oil, tossed it in the drawer, will grab for it next time, will not be expecting anything but an edge of some sort on it.

Very thin, cheap, flexible blade, cheesy light plastic handle. Couldn't even cut air. 1 star rating is 3 stars too many. Returned it.

Its a bread knife but I used it to cut insulation for my shed. Really sharp and cut the insulation fast. Highly recommend
