Great for Plantar Fasciitis
My husband uses these in all of his shoes, including his work boots. They help his plantar fasciitis more than any other product we have bought. The support and cushioning that these have has really been a game changer.

Seem to help
Took several months to eliminate the Plantar pain but these seemed to help. Also used heat and ice as well as a tennis ball and stretching during this time.

Huge Relief for My Heel Pain
I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis for months, and Dr. Scholl’s Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotic Insoles (Women’s Size 6-10) have been a game-changer. These insoles are designed to tackle heel pain, spurs, and arch issues, and they deliver big time. Right from the first day, I felt a noticeable difference—my heel pain was way less intense, and I could walk without that sharp stab in my foot. The Shock Guard® Technology cushions every step, and the deep heel cup absorbs impact, which really takes the pressure off my plantar fascia. Plus, the arch support hugs my foot just right, keeping it stable without feeling too rigid. They’re super easy to use: I popped out my shoe’s original insoles, trimmed these to fit my size 8 sneakers (the cut lines on the bottom make it foolproof), and slipped them in, fabric side up. They fit snugly in my running shoes and work boots, no bunching or sliding, though I did need to trim carefully to avoid crowding the toe area, as some reviews suggest. The insoles are clinically proven to provide all-day relief, and I can confirm they’ve helped me get through long shifts on my feet without that dreaded morning ache returning. The quality feels solid, with durable materials that haven’t worn out after a month of daily use, though some users note they last about 6 months before needing replacement, which seems fair for the price. They’re not a cure-all—some folks with severe cases or high arches might need custom orthotics, and a few reviews mention mixed results for flat feet—but for me, they’ve been a lifesaver. If you’re battling plantar fasciitis and want affordable, immediate relief, these Dr. Scholl’s insoles are absolutely worth trying! Replace every 6 months and consult a podiatrist if pain persists

Awesome Relief.
These work like a charm. No more heel pain walking and allows me to keep wearing some expensive shoes rather than throwing them out. Awesome product.

Need to cut to size
For the price absolutely a great deal. Bought a pair for my golf shoes. No need to spend double and triple the amount.

I was feeling pain in my feet since I stand 8+ hours a day while at work. Knowing that Dr. Scholl's makes good products and thinking these would help me with my problem. I purchase a pair of these insoles. At first there seemed to be double the discomfort as I needed to break them in. After a couple weeks, I got used to them and the discomfort dissipated. Relieving me of pain & discomfort. After about 5 months of relief I've started to feel the discomfort once again.Quality: Help with discomfort for about 5 months before having to replace them.Support & Arch support are good while they last.Effectiveness: Works short-term.Dr. Scholl's does make better insoles but you'll pay more but their worth it!

I Really Like this Item
I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I sue this item in every pair of shoes I own, at all times. In fact when I wear out a set of these it usually signals me to toss out the shoes also and start with another pair of shoes and another set of these inserts at the same time. I even have a set of these inside my slippers I wear around the house every day. I have bad knees, to the point where I now have both knees replaced. Because I'm only 65 years old and healthy, I am also very active. At least I want to be, and these inserts have saved the day for me. I have been wearing these for about 15 years now. Once I tried the first set, I never stopped wearing them since. I also bad a bad bout of Plantar Fasciitis which took about 2 months to recover from. This was before my knee replacements and I assume I was walking incorrectly to avoid pain on my knee joints causing this to flair up. It was around this time I discovered these inserts. They not only helped clear that ailment up, but have provided knee relief, and continued to allow me to be free from Plantar Fasciitis every since. I Highly Recommend. Good Luck.
