Skymarks American Airlines MD-80 Old Livery Airplane Model Building Kit 1/150-Scale

Would highly recommend! Really high quality model with spot on decals. Model was really easy and fast to put together, the snap fit design makes it really easy for anyone to assemble with no tools or gluing required. Really nice size to show the details and overall just an amazing model for the fellow pilots to the airplane enthusiasts great model for the money and will definitely order more models from skymarks

Many of the reviews state that the vertical stabilizer does not fit. I ordered mine May 13th and selected Amazon as the seller - the model I received had no issues. My guess is that the issue has been corrected. The model is extremely detailed and accurate, however unlike some of the other Skymarks models, the fan blades in this one are fixed and molded. This isn't something that would dock a star, but something worth mentioning so that others aren't disappointed when they receive theirs.

This model really holds its own in a lineup of wood carved models. Great scale and attention to detail especially for a plastic snap together model. I highly recommend it if you want a good quality look without the wood model cost.

This beautiful Maddog Super 80 is a must have for any aviation enthusiast. The old American Airlines colors and livery will be missed. I have flown on this type aircraft many times, and is my favorite. Daron Skymarks models are beautifully detailed, and Amazon delivered early.

Bought this for my fiancé who loved to work this plane. Great quality, heavy materials, nice stand. Remove one star because the engines are crooked, which is pretty annoying.

It is not very stable on its stand and should be displayed on a solid surface. I had to file down the elevator about a mm to be able to insert it into the Vertical stabilizer.
