Fits in my insta pot perfect! I thought this would be in a box as the photo shows, but it is not. That's not an issue for me. Also had a thank you note inside the pot.

Don't waste your money
Does NOT fit my 8qt Instant Pot. Trying to use it the first time and it doesn't seal properly... my pot exploded with me standing right next to it! Steam was coming out around the edges of the lid and then there was a loud sound and hot liquid started spewing everywhere from around the lid. And, no, it isn't my pot that's not working.... transferred everything over to my regular insert and everything was just fine. Huge mess to clean up, i could've been badly burned, and a total waste of my hard-earned money. Just spend the extra and get the IP brand insert if you need one!
