Cat liked the gravy part.

She's the pickiest eater ever, she really only wants dry food and gravy. After she was diagnosed with painful urinary crystals and the vet insisted on surgery, I found the OMG line. It saved her life. 7 months later she is thriving and never needed the surgery. She loves most of the tuna-heavy flavors (pouches only, not in cans) and this chicken and tuna flavor. Expensive (but less than the $2K surgery), and the pouches are not my favorite, but at least they can be recycled through the free Terracycle program. BTW, I weigh out exactly 2.5oz twice a day so as to not overfeed (she's a senior and not active). I will never feed a cat dry food again--this is the 2nd cat I transitioned to wet but fortunately the first wasn't picky.

Our senior kitty has hyperthyroid and needs a liquidy wet food or it just won't stay down. We feed her BFF several times a day so that she has small meals all day long. I am a stay at home mom, so we are able to do that for her. Not everyone can. The food is very fresh, so you really can't just dump out a pile and go to work for 9 hours because it will go bad before you get home. But for the fortunate - this works! Cat's been on thyroid medication and BFF food for several months and has actually gained back a little weight! So, we are thrilled! She prefers the fishy flavors. Very high quality and I think worth the money.

First of all, I cannot say anything about the flavor because I have not tried this. We bought it for the cat.We purchased a sample pack because our cat really likes the gravy that comes in some of the ‘food plus gravy’ pet products. She really seamed to like these (except fo the tuna and salmon) because it was bits of meat with a mostly clear gravy. We went ahead and bought some boxes of her favorite flavor. But, what we got was more like meat oatmeal. Very disappointed because it is nothing like what was in the sample pack and our cat will not eat it.
