These are small square pieces that are easy to break in half, which is what I do to feed each of my 2 mystery snails. The snails seem to enjoy them, and occasionally my shrimp and fish nibble at them too. I haven't had any issues with my snails' shells, and I'd like to think that this is contributing to their shell health. This doesn't seem to affect water quality and is a pretty large supply for the 2 snails I have, so I imagine it will last a long time.

had it for a while and can confidently say my shrimp love it. they fight over it all the time. it may look small but there is plenty pieces inside and they're pretty easy to chop in half if you need or want smaller pieces. i will say it is hard to get out if youve put too much in, it will crumble apart into many tiny pieces so be mindful about how much you put in so you dont have to deal with the headache of getting it out. i alternate from shrimp pellets and these for feeding days in my shrimp tank and they are doing great.

My Mystery snails are OBSESSED with these. The minute i drop one in the tank they stop what they are doing to come find it and devour them. Snail has already grown significantly and has visible shell improvement. My Nerite snails won’t touch it.

My mystery snails LOVE these. Instructions say to remove anything leftover after 12 hours but there is never anything left to remove. I'm satisfied knowing I'm giving them something healthy and a little extra support for their diet. The pieces are small squares and are easy to break apart, they sink to the bottom quickly. Im not sure how long they would take to dissolve if left beyond 12 hours as my snails eat them right up. Price is very reasonable I think 1 jar will last quite awhile if I'm only giving them this as a supplement every few days

My snail LOVES these calcium tabs! I feel good knowing my Mystery snail is getting extra calcium! I appreciate the portion size too!

Would recommend to anyone with shrimp or snails, since feeding every other day my snails shells have been looking great, same with the shrimp since it helps with healthy molting.

These are messy and a little too expensive. Some of my snails like them, others wait for an algae wafer. I assume they'd eventually eat it if I pushed it but I haven't. They get kinda messy and gross looking after a few hours, before everyone has had a chance to take a bite. I wasn't expecting that. They seemed less messy than traditional wafers and they are but not by much. I think I'll try the picky eaters version next. The one I'd wanted was out of stock. They're usable though and will probably last quite a while. My platys on the other hand, they love them. They'll eat literally anything though lol

Excellent Calcium for abandoned Ramshorn Snails that needed a home. I got snails from store and they were all white shell in unwanted tank. I asked about them and guy said I can have them for free but they need Calcium. It’s been 2 weeks and already their shells are turning dark brown with cute brown spots. Thank you for product! The snails love it.
