YES, it does fit 5th GEN RAV4 XLE w/out ac wheel adjusters
YES, it does fit the RAV4 XLE model without the center air vent adjustment wheels, the phone mount clips into the dash the same way you just don’t have the air vent adjustment wheels. It works and fits perfectly. Hazard Button and AC vents move normally w/no fitment issues. Other users who say it doesn’t fit either installed it improperly or just don’t like the visible opening because their vehicle doesn’t have the wheel adjusters. I would recommend and purchase again.

doesn't stick without back plate
doesnt stick without back plate and the you cant charge the phone when not in the holder unless you use a plug making surface charging impossible. we returned for a drop in style instead.

Fantastic. Doesn’t cover the vents and super sturdy. Just make sure you add a metal piece to your phone case. Doesn’t fall off.

Excellent quality product
This magnetic phone holder is really good. It fits perfectly on my 2022 rav4 hybrid xse model. It gives a factory install look by not adding bulkiness to the holder. I recommend 100%

There is a tradeoff with this device
I got this phone holder and put one of the two thin metal plates on the phone with sticky tape that is pre-applied on the plates. I always have a case on my phone so I put it on the case. The phone charges normally on the charging stand in the case. With the metal plate on the case, it did not charge. I decided to try the holder on the phone without the case and without putting the plate on the bare phone, and it "sort of" held, but it failed after a few seconds. So the choice was a case with the plate that won't charge in the cradle and has to be plugged in to charge, or no case but the plate on the back of the phone and the charging stand won't charge - so the phone with the plate works with the car holder but not the charging cradle. I chose the case with no plate and no holder for the car. The car holder did fit my car perfectly. It was well made. It just didn't match my preferred use case.

Junk. Falls constantly. Cheap.
Sad to say this phone holder is total junk. Fell every 5 minutes. Don’t buy it. Waste of money! Waste of time!

Does the job but the magnets are quite weak. Annoyingly, the phone falls when moderate jolting occurs.I would not buy this again.
