Does this come with a flat sheet and pillow cases or is it just the fitted sheet, if not how can i get them in the same material

Just one sheet. I think amazon also sell pillowcases in the same style.

Is this for 2 sheets?

I got one. Can’t really fault it to be fair, had it over 2 years and it’s still like new, it’s been washed at least once a week in that time and it hasn’t bobbled or anything, very soft feeling.
