High quality for the ~$20 I paid. Surprisingly high quality considering today's market. It looks great, is an excellent fit at 7 1/4ish. I've had a ton of fun wearing it in a variety of situations.

Can you please refer to my review of the green top hat. It's the same product, different color. Feels like silk and is very sturdy. I, or a friend, will wear this to the Preakness Races in Baltimore (the poor man's Kentucky Derby). I'll probably add a black flower or ribbon because Pimlico Race Track, home of the Preakness, has the Black-Eyed Susan flower as it's symbol. Black-eyed Susies are yellow flowers with black centers!

Perfect for my son's musical!!

Bright yellow and soft “felt” feel. I thought it would be like a kids party hat but excellent quality. It came a little bent in the box so I thought I was going to have to return it but it popped back right away. It’s a show stopper

Way to big for a child

It was exactly what we needed for a costume for the School Musical!

This matched perfectly with the yellow jacket I bought for the Savannah Bananas game, and I got my photo taken with CEO Jesse Cole in matching top hat. If the hat was priced right, you wouldn't believe what I paid for that jacket! Yes, it was a costume store buyout at the Dollar Tree, priced at $1.25. I love it when a costume comes together!
