I been using this product for about a month or so and I think it's great, I usually have 3 in the morning and 3 at night. The main noticeable change I seen is my nails growing much faster and stronger, my hair does also seem longer but I mainly noticed the changes on my nails, my skin is great too but I do combine a lot of skin care. Literally the best hands down!!! The pills are huge and you need to take 6 a day (3 in the morning and 3 at night) but they REALLY work!! I have no complaints. My nail beds are stronger and I have seen marked improvement in my skin and hair. The only downside is the size. These are huge ass pills and they don't have score so it is harder to try and break them in half. Taking 6 a day is a lot. Luckily there is no after taste.

I wish I would have paid more attention to pill size. They are huge and for me hard to swallow. Also hard to cut in half to try and make them work. Right when I opened bottle and saw the large pills I knew these weren’t for me and they could not be returned. For me they were a waste of money as I had to find another brand that is easy to swallow.
