Good quality and after you form them to your mouth they are comfortable. Don't have any sharp edges like some cheapers guards do.

Very easy to shape! Misaligned it the first time, reheated it and it was able to fully reset to a better seating. Use it only while lifting, very helpful to stop grinding teeth.

I love the easy to mould method that allows the most consistent and comfortable fit. I would recommend this for all my martial arts athletes and all contact sports, for max protection and comfortable fit for all sports needs.
