I chose this kit thinking I'd take the risk, given the positive reviews. I'm glad I did, and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pieces considering how little they cost.The annular rings are solid tinned-copper grommets, rather than drilled copper pads you will get from cheap boards. This means they can take much more heat than is needed to solder components and can hold header pins very firmly.Although they're not really "perforated" you can still cut the boards down to size by scoring a section with a craft knife and then snapping apart. I would recommend using a hacksaw for this instead.I might have deducted one star for this, had it not been for the excellent price.

Board is very well made and it should be noted that holes are plated through.

Great boards for soldering, very sturdy yet brittle enough to place in the vice and accurately snap to the desired size.

Really happy with these boards. They're very sturdy and easy to work with. Good value for money, and I only just saw the 3 and 5 sets, that's a bargain! So I'll be buying more here when I need them.
