Have used Qtica for years. My lips tend to be quite dry and tend to chap. This product is expensive and seems to be getting more expensive but is effective so no plans for now to invest time and $$ in looking for a less expensive alternative.

I must have the driest lips in the world. My lips peel and flake a few times a month. I’ve tried everything and this is the only product I can get down for using once a day or every other day.

I’ve probably tried 50 products over the course of my life trying to deal with my dry, chapped lips. This is the only product I’ve ever used that actually solves the problem. There are other products I like because they feel good in the moment, but this is the only one that actually heals my lips.

Like many others writing reviews I've had permanently chapped/peeling lips for most of my life and have tried countless products to try and treat them, from cheap options like vaseline and Carmex to ridiculously priced options that were over $30 for a tiny bottle. Nothing gave me relief for more than an hour. Until this. I applied it one (1) time and my lips stayed moisturized the entire day even after it fully absorbed and I experimentally bit at my lips to see if any skin came away. Unecessary? Maybe, but my lips refused to peel as if they'd been normal all along. Thank you to whatever genius came up with this miracle because I truly thought it was just my lot in life to either need to constantly slather myself with chapstick every 2 minutes or else walk around with the texture of crumbling parchment paper. So glad someone finally got it right.This balm goes on very thick but with results like this, I don't care. Over time it does absorb and you're left with perfectly balanced lips without needing to reapply throughout the day. (You could likely get away with only applying at night.) My only complaint is that I dislike the smell - the menthol reminds me of garbage products like Burt's Bees which always used menthol and only ended up drying my lips out more. Obviously this is just an unfortunate mental association though; others may not care. This stuff is the real deal and will be the only lip product I use moving forward.

I have always been really self conscious of my lips. Not only are they rather large, they get chapped sooo easily!I can slather crap on my lips all day long and they still look horrible! The cracking, bleeding and agony is what lead me to this product lol. I ordered this last week and I swear my lips have NEVER looked better! No more cracks and splits and weird looking dead skin hanging off! I still have to reapply every 3 or 4 hours while working… but I have extremely dry skin and eczema. I am just so impressed because no other product ever came close. I hope this encourages some of you to give it a shot, lol don’t think you’ll regret it! It is a bit sticky at first, but it didn’t bother me since I’m use to slathering on anything from Vaseline to Crisco! 🤣

Best moisturizer I have used.

As a guy, I tend to avoid buying over-priced "beauty" products--especially when there are usually comparable products available at a fraction of the price. However, I embarked on a desperate search for a miracle lip balm, because my lips were beyond chapped. They were completely dried out, cracked, and frequently bled. Basically, my lips were in really bad shape and it got to the point where I became extremely self-conscious about them.I tried lots of different lip balms during my desperation. Failed attempts to repair my lips include, but are not limited to:  EOS Tangerine Medicated Lip Balm Sphere, .25-Ounce (Pack of 3) , Chapstick Lip Balm Medicated, 0.15 oz (Pack of 3) , Blistex lip medex, lip moisturizer - 12 x 0.25 oz , Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm Lemon & Chamomile , Neosporin Lip Health Overnight Renewal Therapy, 0.27 Ounce (Pack of 2) , Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Tube, .15-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 4) , Kiehls - Lip Balm #1 - Tube - .5oz.. , Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Lip Moisturizer, SPF 15, 0.15 Ounce (Pack of 2) , and many others... Of these, Jack Black Intense Lip Therapy seemed to work the best, but I still wasn't particularly thrilled with the results. (and many of the others didn't work at all).When I came across Qtica, I was impressed by the volume of very positive reviews, but I was still reluctant to pull the trigger, because (as a guy) I thought that the price was insane for a tiny tube of lip balm. Desperation eventually got the better of me, and I decided to buy Qtica (and paid nearly twice the price of anything that I had previously tried)... Ultimately, it was the BEST money that I have ever spent on lip care. I put a thick coat of Qtica Lip Repair Balm on over night, and when I woke up the next morning I immediately saw results. Don't get me wrong, my gross lips hadn't completely healed after one nighttime application, but the results were definitely visible. I continued to apply the stuff about 3-4 times a day (including a thick coat before bed), and after my first full week of use, my embarrassingly damaged lips had almost completely healed. By the end of the following week, my lips looked soft, healthy and quite kissable.To sum up, this lip balm is absolutely amazing! It's well worth the money and I can't praise Qtica enough. Yes, it's expensive lip balm... But if your lips are damaged, don't let the price deter you. Rather than buying lots of less expensive (and less effective) products, just buy this... You'll be happy you did.
