Good for cat - dry food, to play, to eat
I am reviewing on the blue B06ZZW3ZDS. It is perfect for a 10-lb cat who quickly learnt how to pick her food out of the bowl. The bowl is so deep that the cat could not eat her food directly by mouth. I am talking about dry food. It is interesting that the center of the bowl bottom is a little bit higher, so you put the her meal in the center. When she touches the food, the food will move to the side corner, so she need pick it out by hand. I do not think this is designed for wet food.

Perfect for any pooch that woofs their food! Great designs and durable. Well worth the money
I love this product. It was purchased for a dauchaund. She is a monster piglet and inhales food. This blow slowed her down immensly. Anyone with a dog that eats so fast they don't even chew this is the bowl for your dog! It is well worth the money! It made of durable plastic, and smooth curves, with vibrant colors. This is the second bowl I have purchased. I swap them out because my dog gets the hang of how to eat faster. This design forces the dog to slow down and focus on eating the food.

Doberman hasn't killed it.. yay
It's decent. We have a Dobi / Shep that inhales food and purchased a fairly expensive one of these from petco. Well the jerk ran off with her bowl and no one could find it, so I was stuck hand feeding her a couple kibble at a time to slow her down, so we decided to get this. It doesn't have the little grippers on the bottom that the expensive one does, but it's the same size and the plastic seems to be just as sturdy. It does slow her down, a little. She learns the patterns and then starts eating faster, so we found the pink bowl, under the couch, and we switch it up every couple of days to keep her guessing what pattern she'll get that meal. lol

Slows her down...some
My dog should be a rodeo competitor: 8 seconds and she's done. I have a bowl that I prefer for her to use at home, however, it's part bowl, part ball and therefore bounces all of the place. Food gets under furniture sometimes. However, while camping, there simply isn't space for her to bounce her other one all over the place to get food out, Plus, I don't want to risk the food falling into the floor vents of the RV. Consequently, I was having her just eat out of a normal bowl. Ugh. I started looking for ways to slow her down and stumbled on this. It's been great! She's got the knack of it and can finish more quickly than the ball/bowl, but so much slower than a traditional bowl. I really like this pattern best. I bought another one that has more of the straight lines and she finishes more quickly with that one. Again, still slower than a traditional bowl. This flowery pattern requires her to slow down a bit to get the kibble in the curly cues with her tongue. Better yet, no real risk of kibble in the floor vents. If anything should happen to this, I would definitely buy another one.

This dog bowl has significantly increased the amount of time it takes for my dog to finish her meals.
This dog bowl has significantly increased the amount of time it takes for my dog to finish her meals. She regularly wolfs down food, ingests greenies whole and doesn't seem to understand that teeth can chew up food. This works great for a 45lb dog. She starts off eating the piled up kibble quickly, but then slows down to reach in between the slots and posts and at the end there are always one or two kibble pieces left that she has to work through the maze to get to. There are four rubber feet on the bottom of the bowl to prevent sliding, and the base is stable enough that she hasn't even thought about overturning the bowl.

SLOWED DOG'S EATING DOWN BUT NOT AS MUCH AS WE'D HOPED
What is it about dogs and this whole "But I haven't eaten in forever!!!" thing that they've got going on?This dish was bought for a borgi who would wolf his food down with such rapidity that he would nearly throw up. It has been in use by said borgi for one year now and has withstood the abuse dished out to it. It did slow his eating down. It now takes him about 5 minutes to eat food that he had previously eaten in 30 seconds. We were hoping that it would take him even longer, but alas, no.One of the "rate features" questions was "easy to clean". lol No. I mean, look at it!

Slow Food Feeder for Dogs & Cats
This slow feeder for cats & small dogs works perfectly. My cat used to practically inhale his good, & then many times would throw it all up. This bowl keeps my cat from eating too quickly, & he hasn't thrown up since I let him feed from it.

Great Bowl Slow Feeding and Interesting.
We have been using this for about 3 months with our puppy, helps him slow down when eating, was a little difficult for him to get at all the pieces at first (when he was 9 weeks old) but after a few days he was fine, he can eat every piece. Plastic material easy to clean. Anytime we've had to feed him on a paper plate out of necessity being away from home, he scarfs down his food in 5 seconds, not good for him. This bowl is good it can hold about 2 cups I would say. We only feed him 1 at a time and it fills it up so you can't see the bottom. I would definitely order another like this or the same one when his gets old.
