Got it fast and I am so excited to read it

I follow Christmas on Instagram and I find her content very uplifting and motivating. The Badass Life is a day-by-day motivational guide, and yes, the topics might be similar to other self help books, but they have Christmas' point of view/twist. I really like that this book focuses on the body, mind, and spirit. If you love self-care and reflecting, check out the book preview, this might be a good fit. And the previous reviewer was unsure about the photos, I find them awesome, Christmas is gorgeous, but why they're not at the beginning of the chapters is baffling.

I really liked this book and found it to contain a lot of good advice. The chapter a day lay out with daily assignments heped me put what the author was saying into practice. I've read a lot of self help books and really thought this was one of the better ones.

I love this book! It was in great condition --- I wouldn't even have known it was used.Content is amazing- chapters are short and manageable to read in one day. I found it motivating to begin my day with goals and relaxing to perform the reflections. I highly recommend.

I first checked it out at the library, loved it and decided to buy it! I love this book. It breaks it all down, and each chapter/day in the book I learned something new, or gained a new perspective.

Easy to follow. Not very original content, similar to what you may find it other self help books. If your looking for a journal/diary to use outside of the pages provided in the book I highly recommend a Panda Planner (search Amazon for "Panda Planner". It recommends you do a lot of the similar things to be more productive.

This is a nice, easy to read book for personal development. I even decided to read it together with my teen each night

If you need a little motivation reach your goals, this is the book for you! Easy to read and follow and very engaging! Pleased with this purchase!
