Wonderful...it's just what I needed.

Great product sent fast and efficient

I all of a sudden could only print in black and pink...none of the other colors would print. HP's customer service was non-existent...and their trouble-shooting steps were useless. I had started looking at new printers to replace my HP Smart Tank Plus 451, but was having a difficult time finding a good ink tank one for less than $500 (I will never use a cartridge printer again). None of HP's suggested fixes was to replace the printheads (why would they suggest a $35 fix when they can get $500+ from you). So I thought I'd take a flyer and spend $75 (after taxes) on these printheads (my only criticism is that I had to buy both the black & white and color printheads as I was unable to find them sold separately...oh well, now I have the black & white printhead should it go bad). Glad I did as I've been printing in color for a month now.

Be Careful when you remove the battery, the screws are TINY. Also remove the 2 rubber strips from the bottom of the laptop, they are concealing more screws that need to come out to avoid damaging the laptop frame!~

Received SUNUNITEC Printheads within 14 hours of ordering. Installed in printer, easy installation and print quality was great.

Seems to work well. I guess from the packaging that the heads are genuine HP, and were recognized as such when installed. Thankx

I've been battling crappy print quality since i got a hp 651 smart tank printer a few years ago. These new print heads fixed all the issues. Prints better than new, I am very pleased with them. Install was easy and they are recognized as HP genuine.
