It is not magic but it does work. I bought this a year and a half ago when I was going to quit smoking. I will admit at that time I needed to quit but I didn't really want to. That's the key, you have to want to or no product is going to work. But I recently decided to quit again, this time because I wanted to, and this stuff has been the difference between success and failure. I don't particularly care for the smell (not a big fan of eucalyptus) but when I feel the urge to smoke I roll a little bit on my wrist and the smell is enough to surpress the craving. I am now 2 months smoke free and don't feel like I'm headed back.

I hate even putting one star for a review however this product did not work for me at all. I am desperate to quit smoking so I was trying everything. I bought this in hopes as a natural or organic way to help me with this process and there was absolutely nothing that it did. It does smell really good. But it did nothing to help with quitting as it advertises.

It smells like breakfast sausage. I think it was for people who were cigarette/cigar smokers and not nicotine users like vaping or using nicotine pouches. Unsure about it.

I was a 55 year old smoker been smoking since I was 16, anywhere from a pack to a pack and pack and a half a day. I have COPD, CHF, and many other health issues. ...but my son asked me why I smelled like sausage and now I'm afraid to go out in public again. True story. But, I really do like it. I'll just sniff it from the bottle now.
