Does it have the tri-point y000 screwdriver bit

no. please see the second product image for the list of driver bits

does this work to open childrens books that have coin batteries?

If it is one of those Children's books with the panel on the side for sound effects and everything, yes this screwdriver will more than be able to open those. As well as many other functions.

Can i use this on a Gameboy advance sp?

I dont see why not. It has so many different tips to use for just about everything. Great to have for all projects.
