It's true that more than the product it is the will to quit. Having both nicotex and cigarette can upset the stomach and cause constipation or acidity. 2mg is higher dose for light smokers , so 1mg is better 1) Although recommended doses is on hourly basis, but that will also be high or light smokers. 2) Method that suits me involves just keeping it in at the time of craving, trying not to swallow any juice and spitting it out when the bitter taste occurs. 3) Rolling it or taking too many doses , results in acidity and gastric trouble. 4) The product is helpful but it has to be taken , the way it suits for body.
