Bialetti10" Ceramic Pro Non-Stick Hard Anodized Aluminum Frying Pan, Gray

I have one of these fry pans that was purchased from Fred Meyers. That pan is so easy to clean I decided to purchase the whole set from Amazon. The pans I received look pretty close to the one from Fred Meyer but the color and the coating is slightly different. These pans are a nightmare to clean. I started to use extra oil when frying eggs and even after soaking the pan for an hour it still takes some serious elbow grease to clean the eggs off the pan.I am updating my review to confirm these pans are not legit. I was in contact with the manufacturer and these are not real. The " nonstick " coating is coming off and there is no warranty from the manufacturer because well it wasn't actually made by them.

I had high hopes for this set of pans however after less than a year of light use the non stick ceramic coating that they advertise is all but gone. The frying pan has received the most use from me, it has never seen the oven, always been hand washed, and only had silicon spatulas and utensils used on it. Even with proper care, the frying pan is now the complete opposite of non stick and basically unusable. I am tired of pots and pans being an annual purchase. Cast iron here I come.

So far it is a great pan! I seared marinated chicken in it the other night with very little oil and the chicken turned out crispy and NO stuck on food. Good depth, just what I was looking for. This does have a long handle and second short grip handle in case anyone was wondering.Update: it’s been about 3 months and the non stick coating is starting to come off around the inside edges of the pan. This is very odd because I hand wash all my pots and pans with non abrasive sponges and it really hasn’t been used heavily at all.

I really wanted to have a nice set of pans and instead I have a set im afraid to use. Its really not how they describe it. Bought in Jan of 2017. Already replaced one pot because of deep scratch in ceramic material. This ceramic material feels so cheap and is easily scratched by the lid. the outside color is even wearing off. Im so disappointed.

I bought these pots and pans because I had used them in a furnished vacation rental and had really liked them. I had been using really expensive stainless for years, which also had solid stainless lids and I found that this non-stick surface worked really well and I liked being able to see through the glass tops. These are able to go in the dishwasher, which is prime for me (some other Bialettis do not--so be careful when ordering). So far, I am very satisfied. I cannot speak to wearability, because I have not used these for very long. Those in the rental were excellent, but I have no idea how long they had been there or how much use they got.

I was one of the lucky few who got a handle included, but sadly, as I tried to unscrew one of the screws in the handle so that I could install the handle on the lid, I discovered that the screw was made of material so soft that 1) the screwdriver easily damaged the slot where you insert the screwdriver. The metal just twisted out of shape so that I couldn't unscrew the screw and 2) tried using pliers to remove the screw and the screw top just broke off, leaving the remaining screw part inside of the handle. That one screw must have been screwed on very tight because the other screw didn't have any problem coming out. I am sending it back. If the handle screws are so low quality that they can be snapped off or damaged by attempts to unscrew them, then I hazard to think the lid itself may be as crappy as well.

I've tried several ceramic/non-toxic frying pans, and Bialetti Ceramic Pro is head and shoulders above the others. It's easy to cook with and easy to clean. I still need one more size before I'll have the full set I want, but that one is out of stock everywhere I've looked. I won't buy a substitute. I'm waiting for the Ceramic Pro to be available again.

I am not sure how people have an issue cooking eggs etc on these pans, they must turn up the heat all the way and forget about them for at least 30 minutes. We don't use any oil and food slides right out. I only gave it a 4 star rating because there is some sort of residue building up near the rim of the pans, after only 4 uses. I am hoping it doesn't spread.

The pot I received is a little misshapen, one of the sides looks like it flatten a little so the lid sits funny. Other than that it would have a great non stick sauce pan

El producto cumple sobradamente las expectativas, no se pega y tiene un diseño moderno y de calidad a un buen precio. Puede usarse para hornear pues es totalmente metálico. Si se usa en estufas de convección se mantiene perfecto, si son hornillas metálicas puede rayarse un poco por fuera.

This is a great pan. It's beautiful and has a great feel to it. It does a great job, and works well in the oven. It will do exactly as it should as long as you follow the care and use instructions.

I love the pan although the lid glass shattered when i was cooking vegetables. Very disaappointed.
