VANLANBilliards Pool Cue Stick Brass Bridge Head, Billiards Pool Cue Accessory

Instant upgrade from the 'cheapo' brand.
My photos don't do these bridges any justice.Great price for this set of three bridges. The photos I have attached show them a little dull, but they are much closer in appearance to the images in the description.I acquired a 'free' pool table when I purchased my house recently, and other than the wood itself, everything else was screaming 'upgrade me!' The one bridge that I did have was a thin tin-looking thing that had a small side screw to secure it to a shaft.I bought a set of four, two-piece cues, and the one-piece cues that came with the table were instantly repurposed. I unscrewed the ferrule from three of them, wrapped white PTFE tape around the thread to bulk it up to the size of the bridge thread, and then epoxy'd the bridges in place. The wood shaft doesn't blend seamlessly with the brass of the bridge, as you can see in the photos, but it's more than adequate for home use, and they functional well. The feet are rubber coated to protect the table, and the brass is highly polished and nick free to protect the sticks.Very happy with this set. Looks nice and a huge improvement over my old bridge. Nobody would know that these didn't cost $20 or more each!5 highly-recommended stars.

Used a short cue that came with the table. Sanded it down a little and screwed it on tight.
Needs a separate shaft
