Winco Cutting Board, 12 by 18 by 1/2-Inch, Green

I actually needed this material to make two wheels for a piece of equipment. Strong and worked very well.

This one is my second purchase of Winco Cutting Boards. My first purchase was about 8 years ago. I lost it in a move to a new location. It's nice to have this best all-around size, light, and EZ wash cutting board back again.

A professional, food service grade, cutting board. They offer different colors so you can isolate food types in a professional kitchen to reduce cross contamination (green is vegetables/plants). Decent size, lies flat on the counter, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe.

Granted, I'm not using it for it's intended purpose. I'm actually using it for another project. This is the second one I bought, albeit smaller, the colors match perfectly.It's thick and heavy, I certainly have no problems with using one for a cutting board.

Awesome cutting board and for the price we bought the yellow and red ones.

The first one I bought was warped, and I was disappointed. But Amazon being Amazon, I returned it for a new one and in two days received its replacement, which is in perfect condition. Nice heavy cutting board, GREAT size in that it's the largest possible size that can fit in my dishwasher, safe for usage with any cutlery, including my temperamental Japanese knives that have to be pampered. All around winner of a product, I think. It is thick and heavy and it's best to take that into account when purchasing - a 1/2 inch is a LOT of depth for a cutting board.
