The boys view this laptop like a smart device. It came with Edge preinstalled and they tried to install chrome and a message came up that there is already a browser so why do they need to install one. It's a bit heavy but has a lot of good features and the speed is excellent in addition to storage. I'm happy with the purchase

Lagged hard during setup, did not have the outputs I needed. Company was great to work with for refund. Only out shipping, not the restocking fee I feared since I still needed a computer. Would buy from this company again.

Great performance for cheap laptop with storage. Fast startup process and keeps up with my fast typing. Wished some differences: 1) power key is located where delete key normally is on laptops so I cut off computer often when meaning to delete from habit 2) screen has big glare 3)battery life is horrible so you pretty much have to keep it plugged in. Overall it gets the job done, not luxury by any means.

Have to admit my expectations were low and I’m pleased to say this laptop is great.The 20 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD drive is a massive improvement over my old 8GB machine.Full disclosure I’m only using it for MS Office and internet.If you need a good inexpensive PC for Excel, Word, Zoom, and PowerPoint I would highly recommend.Hope this helps.

For a $500 machine this is a great deal. Tons of memory, fast, solid little box. But the camera is not fab - I am extremely washed out looking on zoom calls. But for this price I'm not complaining.

I purchased this laptop as a secondary laptop. I use my work laptop for most computerized tours, but i got this laptop to use primarily while i am on vacation.Shortly after purchasing the laptop the keyboard started malfunctioning. Most of the keys would work normally with the exception of the 6, 7, Y,U,H,J, N, M keys. I would literally have to continuously press one of the keys that work along with one of the non working keys for about a minute or two before the non work keys start to work. The strange thing is that once one of the keys that didnt work starts to work normally, they all start to work normally - which is weird. They'll work normally until i either shut down the computer, or go away from it for awhile (hours). Then, I have to perform the same procedure over again. I figured it was perhaps a software update issue, but the software has been updated and the problem still persists.I barely use the computer because of this issue. I figured that i would purchase a Lenova because it is the same brand as my work computer, but i really wish that i had not purchased this laptop. I would have returned it a long time ago had it not been so complicated and costly to ship it back (considering i am out of country).
