This helped my hubby who has kidney failure and is on dialysis. The kidney vitamins didn’t have enough folate in them to help his anemia and low iron. Functional medicine prescribed these and it made enough of a difference to avoid monthly iron and mercera injections which only made him feel sick for weeks afterward. Easy to use, lozenge, very small, pleasant to the taste. Seems to absorb beautifully! It’s doing its job! Worth every penny.
