I love this high quality and very durable blanket. The colour, the softness even the smell are all just right. It's so warm. It's pricey, but worth every penny, as it has so many good qualities, I'm thinking of buying more of them.

This blanket is excellent quality. High wool content at 80%. Heavy duty double stitched edge, embroidered with the Arcturus logo at the corner. Warm and naturally fire retardant and water repellent. My dog and I appreciated this on camping trips in the autumn in the UK. You don't get this with some others on amazon which are nearly 50% polyester, it's always worth looking at the detail.

I spend a while looking for an affordable heavyweight wool blanket. Thought I was on to a winner with this. Designed in The States, made in India. Sounded like Arcturus had found the answer to a good plain honest product at an affordable price. The colours are great, the blanket stitching attractive, and the wool is a good weight. However it started shedding like mad after one night. Admittedly o dog on top, but he doesn’t cause shedding on any of our other blankets, so it’s not him. Small grey fluff balls all over the room, hoovering up every day. One cold wash, non chemical, gentle air drying - has not solved the issue. Disappointed. A good concept - but they must get manufacturing quality under control.

It has holes in it. Like stitched holes. I don't know what made them. For the money? No way. And then I'd have to pick up the £15 return. Nope. Kept it. Sheds like mad. Little furry black balls. Balls. Other than that it's great, really. Big and really nice feel but...
