Ordered twice, broken twice
Was very excited to give this as a gift on Mother’s Day, and I wasnt originally planning to check to make sure that it was fine as there was no rattling. I opened it, completely new and sealed, to the queen having no arm anywhere in the box. I borrowed my brothers prime to re-order, thinking this must have been missed in quality control, to have the next one arrive with her head completely detached, but I guess she had an arm this time 🤷🏻♀️

Poor shipping
Product was not in a box picture of disney item on disney box box just left on floor there were 3 stickers on the disney box . This is a collectible to me and now original box is ruined
