Low flow!
Be aware of the low flow rate 1.5 GPM and be sure this is what you want. Looks beautiful in bathroom remodel but the water flow is disappointing. I guess it’s ok for my kids bath since it conserves water (we have a well) but I would not want it in my own bathroom!

Go with a different manufacturer
The faucet is longer than most, so if you have a standard size you'll need to lengthen the interior pipe. For me this was a $300 plumber job. Be prepared to have a dry microfiber cloth nearby after the shower or this thing will look beat up immediately. I called Symmons and they told me I could apply Turtle Wax... I just spent a lot of money on a product that I have to wax? Symmons' shower heads are as basic as you can get and allow minimal water pressure. My biggest pet peeve is they don't make a matching drain or overflow cover. Golds are hard to match, so this was really disappointing. Honestly, go with another manufacturer if you can.
