I saw an increase with numbers from less than 3.5 to 5.1 in about thirty days, I took them one per day but not consistently.

I am vegan and I know it is quite common for people with a plant-based lifestyle to have WBC counts that are on the low side. For years mine was in the 3.8 to 4.0 range. But earlier this year it dropped to 3.0 and I was very worried. I was also a bit rundown. My doctor wanted me to check it again in 6 weeks. Meanwhile I did research and came across these capsules. I already used Pure Encapsulations B12 and trusted the brand, so I gave it a try. I emailed my questions to a customer service representative who was so friendly and helpful! She told me if I didn’t want to swallow the pill I could open it and add the powder to my smoothies and yogurt. Every morning I sprinkled it into my smoothie before blending. It just has the lightest mushroom scent. I also took a MaryRuth multivitamin, and added some dark chocolate to my diet everyday. Well guess what? My WBC went up to 7.0! I’m sure the vitamins and chocolate helped a little, but I know it was this product that really gave my blood count a boost! The nurse in my doctor’s office said my numbers are absolutely perfect, and it made me so relieved and happy! I continue to take it a keep my immune system healthy! Thank you Pure Encapsulations!
