The product arrived in a timely fashion and all the balls worked fine. We have just had them for about a month.

No 0 stars or would’ve given these that! I bought these for the Fourth of July to float in the pool for family fun. I had bought them in the past and they worked. These did not turn on. They do not have a way to replace a battery. They are worthless plastic junk!! Ps.. on the bottom of the ball It says …two hours auto shut off …well they must’ve had auto shut off years ago on the shelf, wherever they were made …hint hint. Don’t waste your family dollars

Fun and have been used many times

I had one ball that wouldn't illuminate and within 1 day they emailed back and said they'd send me MORE THAN 1 to replace it! Within days I had the extras and they followed up on the shipping to ensure it delivered. The customer service is AMAZING! The balls themselves aren't rechargeable so they must be thrown away after their (long) battery life dwindles. I'd give 5 stars for service and 3 stars for the landfill filling issue. Otherwise, these are sweet and make the hot tub and garden more fun in the dark!
