I ordered these and found that they will not connect solidly to the phone. Any movement will disconnect the power supply; so one may assume it is charging because it is still plugged in, but no power is being sent to the phone. I mean, simply the motion to set the phone down often stops the charging process. I rated it one star in a review and the seller contacted me and offered to refund my money and replace the 3 charging cables. I erased the review and tried the new cables. They are the same as the previous cables. I can't complain too much because now have 6 cables that don't work correctly but it cost me nothing; but I would much rather have payed for 3 reliable charging cables.

Cables work great. They appear to be made well. Had one small issue with 10ft cable, but after contacting customer service if was quickly resolved. Cannot say enough good things regarding their customer service. Very pleased and would recommend to family and friends!

Update: the seller has put reached to me and has offered a refund and to replace the cords for free. Great customer service like this is hard to come by, and I really appreciate their efforts to try to make the experience good.Original: I really liked these at first. I thought they were beautiful and matched my style perfectly.I used the 10ft cord in my room, and the 3ft cord in my car, and the 6ft one in my suv. I used the 10ft and 3ft daily until 10ft just randomly stopped working completely. I was fine with it, cause I used the 6ft as a back up, but then my 3ft cord did the same exact thing. I bought these in July 2017, and it is now October 2017. 2/3 cords already died within 3 months...these cords look nice, but their performance shows otherwise...

Updated 10-11-17: the replacements broke. Seriously. The folks are nice but the product can’t withstand casual use. Look elsewhere.Updated: Seller read review and graciously replied. Willing to replace all three chords even though only one malfunctioned. Must chords will work fine. You just have to be careful. But you can't beat the customer service. Original review: Works well but already one of the cables no longer charges my ipad pro.

The product looks to be good quality. We had an issue with our first order but they offered to refund the money and provide replacements so I'm very happy with their service!

All three cables didn’t make it to a year. One was really flimsy and bent where it attaches to my phone. I’ve never had this issue with apple cables. Two stars because they are cheap enough to keep buying them ten of these cables for the price of one Apple cable.I've been using these cables for over two months now and they work great. Every time I plug in my phone or ipad, they charge. I've used other aftermarket cables and they all fall apart after a few mo tha use. If these break apart, I'll update my review. What more can you ask for?

Update:The seller has contacted me and offered to replace the entire set of cables and offer a refund. That is some fantastic customer service and deserves to be highlighted. I hope the replacement cables are better quality.Original:Poor quality. The 10 foot cable broke exactly like the pictures of their supposed inferior competitor cables do. The lightning connector insert broke right off with light usage. I don't have much confidence in the others.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller after my review that the products have been updated and they offered to send me a replacement. I will update the review again after I try the new cords.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Got these in July 2017 and they looked great while having no issues. The 3ft and 6ft still work great but the 10ft no longer charges and it’s only been a little over 4 months. When I plug it into my iPhone or my wife’s iPhone it immediately says “Accessory May not be supported” and stops charging. I’ve tried using it with my PC, laptop, and several different wall outlet adapters with no success. Pretty disappointed considering the 10ft cord was the main selling point for me.
