Q: Does this come with a screen?

The three piece does not have a kief catcher section, and thus no screen.

Q: Can someone explain the grind times? The chart lists how many seconds if you want it fine or not.... How exactly do I prevent it from being too fine?

If you don’t want it too fine, just grind it a few times vs continuously - some may fall to the bottom tray but some will stay where you placed it originally, just tap it out, it’ll fall back out.

Q: Is this a matte of gloss finish?

mine is bare metal with matte finish. You would have to ask seller about this one.

Q: Does this grinder produce a lot of keif, or would I bebetter off with the 4 piece?

Not a lot but you can save some in a couple of weeks.
