Very pleased with the packaging, durability, and through instructions. The lock looks very modern and fit a standard door easily. I was worried at first because it was so much less expensive than those in the big box stores but my worries were for nothing. It's a great lock and has all the features I needed (I did not want one that connected via Wi-Fi). We've been using it for about a month now with no issues. My only complaint is that the instructions left out one piece of information that would have saved a little time troubleshooting. The default code is set on ID 01. You can't delete it until you program your own but you have to choose a different ID and then go back and delete the original on ID 01. Yes, I know that sounds obvious but if you follow the instructions exactly it tells you to set your new code to ID 01 and it won't set because it's already used. Hope that helps someone.

The latch bolt mechanism ( the handle part) is designed poorly and does not work most of the time. When attempting to open the door from the outside, the latch bolt will not retract entirely, thus the door will not open. The dead bolt works as intended. I installed this and everything worked fine, but the latch bolt was a pit finicky. I went out of town for a few weeks and when I came back I the latch was much harder to engage to open the door. After a few days, it would not work at all and I could not enter my condo, which only has one door. I had to remove a window screen (and destroy it) and climb in through a window. I ordered another lock set to see if mine was just just defective, but it too had the same issue. This is a design flaw within the latch bold handle. Since I went out of town for a few weeks after install, I am no longer in the return window.

These keyless door can be very costly. This was very affordable and easy to put together. However, programming was a little tricky. But managed to get it done. I’m happy with the product

This is absolutely gorgeous on our front door. However, it was terrible to install and programming never worked correctly for us. Still unable to change door code which is a bummer.

It works for both left and right side entry doors. However the instructions are a bit confusing. My door was a right side entry so you have to switch a mechanism inside and the directions do not explain that. It was a trial by error kind of thing. Once it was on it was awesome and I love it.

We loved the looks of this door know and lock, but unfortunately it is nonfunctional and we wasted our money. We bought this product when we were supossed to get a new front door installed. The door was the wrong size so they had to reorder it, thus delaying installing the knob and lock.We finally got our new door in and our contractor went to install the handle and the pin was received broken. They tried to piece it back together and spent over an hour trying to make it work, but determined it was a manufacture defect and it was faulty upon arrival, which we wouldn't have known until install even after looking it over. Even more unfortunate for us is that by the time this all took place the return window ended!I tried to contact the seller and Amazon but I've went round and round and cannot make a direct message to seller. I don't even want a new product, we just need the pin as thats the only defective part.So I really don't recommend this product. Makes me think it is just really not well made.I'd search for a similar product and different seller.

The installation was like any other, nothing special easy. However, to program this thing was totally different than my last one, and the instructions did not make sense to me. Amazon supposedly had Amazon technicians that could help me through this. However, when I called nobody knew what I was talking about, I am sitting here after two hours of trying to program this damn thing and not getting anywhere and no help if you are the type of person that can do things by reading directions more power to you but if you like me who needs to be shown how to do some thing you’re out of luck! Nobody at Amazon could help me or would help me or could understand what I want to pick is. Nobody speaks English that picks up the phone. I mean in English as a first language, so good luck, programming this!

Took a few hours to get installed. After a day of using the thumb latch has no give to it, meaning the latch on the door that goes into the frame doesn’t move in or out… door doesn’t latch. Now when exiting and pressing the lock bottom to lock the deadbolt I have to stand there and wait to see if the deadbolt actually works or not. Annoying.
