### SAMSUNG Jet 75 Complete Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner w/ Clean Station Buy this version over the standalone Jet 75. (Will discuss it shortly.) One of the best, lightweight, easy to use vacuums I've owned in a long time. I honestly didn't want to spend the money to get this vacuum for several reasons. One reason being is that due to inflation, we really didn't have the amount of money to splurge on a new vacuum. Second reason was that the battery life only promised about an hour of use before it needed to be charged. However, with my chronic pain getting a lot worse, cleaning with a regular vacuum cleaning was more inconvenient and tough on me. I hated the idea of vacuuming and would wait until I literally couldn't take it anymore to start the task because just doing such a basic necessary chore caused me discomfort. Now add being pregnant to the mix, being on pelvic rest as well means I can't lift anything over a certain number of pounds. Don't get me started on a regular vacuum cleaners odor. Now, I understand the odor doesn't just come from the vacuum itself, but it does radiate, no matter how much it's cleaned after each use. Now onto this vacuum, I ended up getting it for Black Friday, and I'm pleased to see it's still the same price so that others can afford the product as well. It doesn't last very long in terms of battery life, but it does include a second battery pack, which is great, so you can continue cleaning where you left off if it suddenly died on you. The great thing about this pack which I definitely recommend over the regular version of this vacuum is that it comes with the garbage disposal, and it prevents dust particles from flying everywhere. Now, why get this version over the regular Jet 75? I ended up getting the regular version for my uncle as a Christmas present because he ended up loving mine so much he wanted to use it practically every day. Upon receipt and use, he wanted to clean out his vacuum using the electric garbage can that came with my bundle, but it wouldn't work. So back to the title, make sure you get this model even if you’re only slightly interested in the electronic trashcan because once you get the original (only the vacuum) model, you can’t use this particular bin. Upon further research, we noticed that the bottom part of the vacuum (where it holds all the nasty dust and hair) doesn't have the mechanism that allows it to open like mine did. Thankfully, Amazon is great with their return policy, so we were able to return it without any issues. We also unfortunately ended up getting a faulty battery as well, and they helped us exchange the unit no problem. Overall, if you're looking for a new vacuum cleaner, or simply are tired of lugging around a heavy one this one might be a good investment. But keep in mind that if you intend to clean a whole house, you might need to invest in a few extra battery packs or get a different model that lasts longer and has a little more room to allow you to clean for a lengthy period without having to dump out the dirt periodically.

My home has never been cleaner, becuase vaccuming is now an easy, quick chore, vs. something I need to plan around. This is my first fullsize cordless vaccum, having spent the last 15+ years with top quality, but heavy, inconvienent corded vaccums. We have 2 dogs that will bless our house with their fur in every rug, carpert and hard surface corner of every space, so I was always convinced I needed some big, powerful vaccum. I purchsed the Jet 75 more as a quick, secondary handheld, but it has quicly replaced my corded vaccum for every purpose, including full room carpet & rug. It does an excellent job getting dog fur out of carpet. The carpet extension is powerful and grabby for the fur. It pulls up matted carpet and makes it stand as well as my big (expesive) corded vaccum. On the high setting, it's powerful enough to suck up the tracked in dirt, grass, pebbles, cereal and dry spills of the house. It is super easy to dump out and suprisingly easy to clean the internal components when they eventully get caked with dust. The low power mode isn't enough power, unless you're just hitting the super light clumps of fur collected in corners of the room. Battery life is just okay. I purchased a bundle that came with 2 batteries, and I need both to get the house cleaned top to bottom. On the high setting you'll get maybe 10-12min per battery. The catch bin is a bit small. I think I empty it 3 or 4 times per full house cleaning, but the process is super quick. The compoenents attach and detach super easy, but I'm not crazy about the brush attachment. The bristles are too long, and far enough away from the airflow that I can often just push the debris around vs. sucking it up with that attachment. Overall, this has been an A-, maybe a full A, for me. It's not without it's comprimises, but it exceeded my orignal expectations by a mile to become my full time vaccume.

Purchased via slightly used/open box from Amazon. Everything arrived still in all its factory plastic wrap the only thing missing was the wall charger. Contacted Amazon they have me a refund for the cost of the wall charger and I purchased it thru Samsung. Once charged this vacuume is amazing works great on my vinyl floors and area rugs lightweight and easy to maneuver and best of all no chords. I used it on 2 large rugs and the rest of my floors and still had over half the charge no need to switch batteries I have not used the refuse bin yet as I just emptied into the trash.

Everything about this vacuum cleaner is 5 star except one. Where the head attaches to the suction tube is flimsy plastic and the head breaks off. I have repaired it a couple of times with super glue, then JB Weld. Neither held for very long. I have now fastened it with a screw but this won't likely last because it is through the same thin plastic. It is really a nice unit but this design flaw makes it a loser. It is not hard use or abuse that causes the failure, just normal vacuuming.

Bought this on a whim after seeing fantastic reviews. Wife absolutely loves this vacuum and I can confirm it works better than our Dyson V10, which is now a few years old. I didn’t even realize Samsung makes vacuums until recently, but it turns out they have been popular in Europe for quite some time. They are however a little newer into the Canadian Market, which is why you never hear about Samsung vacuums here. Battery life is very comparable to the Dyson V10 in each mode, however, the benefit with the Samsung is you get a second battery, which means you always have enough to finish. Very impressed with this vacuum. It glides effortlessly on the floor and turns on a dime, it lays completely flat to get under pretty much everything. Very very well thought out. A+ Samsung. And that’s from an IPhone owner. PS. To the reviews commenting on battery life, I’m not sure you’ve ever used a stick vacuum before. 9 minutes on high is pretty good… especially with a second battery, the Dyson only does 7 minutes and no spare battery!

I've wanted a cordless, lightweight vacuum for awhile but I didn't like bagless because of the cloud of dust it generates when you dump it. So I kept my eye on this vacuum with its clean station and jumped on it when it went on sale. it's excellent. I have a golden retriever and it does a great job with the hair. The clean station is fantastic--just leave it on as long as it takes to clear out the dog hair. The vacuum is super easy to use and lightweight even my kids can use it. When used on "mid" suction level it lasts a long time. It doesn't last long on max suction but I rarely feel the need to use it on that power. I still use my canister vacuum on my carpeted floors but this vacuum is perfect on hard floors and does a fine job on area rugs. I had high hopes for this vacuum and I wasn't disappointed.

I got a very good used model (everything was brand new) only the packaging was damaged and it works brilliantly. 24 minutes of suction on mid setting and you get the cleaning station which alone is $200. Each battery is $199 on and we have two. The price of the “very good” vacuum was $499 Total. Was a steal. Only thing is I wish they had a second location where we could charge the extra battery like the jet 90 has with a stand. Or an option to purchase an additional wall mounted charger would be nice! Otherwise 5 stars.

Worked for about a week and the head brush stopped spinning. I live in 1 bed room apartment, so def not a heavy usage issue, used maybe 5min a day. Cleaned the tank and the brush after use but today it just gave up. Once I turn it up the head brush spins for about 30sec and then it stops. I tried all the tricks on internet-turning off and on again, extra cleaning
