TigerChef 8 Quart Full Size Stainless Steel Chafer with Cool-Touch Plastic Handle (1, Full Size with 1/3rd Inserts)

Haven't had any problems with this set yet. We have used these on several occasions with great success. They look good and do the job well.

Got this for a party and it worked very well keeping food warm. Recommend putting only an inch of warm water in the bottom. That’s the perfect amount. 2” was too much and got the food too hot.

Works as advertised. Keeps food warm and ready to be served, as promised.

The media could not be loaded.  Do not purchase.We had high hopes this chafing dish would at least be fairly well made and stable. I'd read reviews about TigerChef's products -- one from a restaurant owner who affirmed TigerChef was their main go-to for professional equipment. (Not!)All the parts are constructed out of way too thin a gauge of metal -- causing the entire assembly to wobble to and fro in every direction. Its claim of a "mirror finish" is not quite that (if that's important to you) -- which as it is was okay with us. But the completely unstable design, using too thin a gauge of steel, coupled with no strengthening returns (i.e. plain flat, skinny strips of sheet metal for legs without any 90º bends to keep members from twisting) results in the entire unit moving toward a 3-dimensional parallelogram during use.Also, those clips on the rear legs (see photo) designed to hold and support the lid? -- completely useless . . . I have a second video (you can only upload one video) showing the lid immediately falling off and crashing onto the table upon its release of your hand. Not nice at all.We followed up purchasing a Halamine Roll Top Chafing Dish Buffet Set which was better designed and much more stable (not quite perfect, but way better). This TigerChef "piece" is going back. Unfortunately, from a lot of research — this flimsy construction is mostly what’s out there now. Best to invest a tad more money and get something useable.

Very thin stainless. Product came with he corners bent. Was easy to fix. Perfect size for keeping food hot for 14 people. Will be using the often. Would buy again and recommend to others.

As long as you are delicate with the thin gauge steel of this product, it is excellent. It is a wonderful value and beautiful. Unfortunately, it is not durable and it is easily dented.

Finally just used these for my son's grad party yesterday. We had LeeAnn Chin catered I'm and used these to keep the food warm. They worked wonderfully and looked very classy. We had rice, egg rolls, fried rice, and Peking chicken and all of it stayed hot and fresh for the entire 4 hours and then some. Very happy with my purchase. Will be using again in two years for our daughter!

The items arrived timely, However they are very lite weight, thin, and bend easily. If you plan to use them on a regular basis, not sure if they will hold up.

I love this product

Bought this almost 6 months ago, but never had the chance to use it until recently. In this set of 3, each chafer comes with a full size pan and also two half-size pans. The chafer was perfect in keeping the food very warm. Everyone (including the guests) loved them. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the edges of pans and stands are a little sharp and needs some caution while handling them. Otherwise, a great product.
